STOX Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the STOX application ("App") and the services provided through it. By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

When using the App's camera functions to photograph receipts, refrigerators, or other items, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you do not infringe upon the privacy of others. You must take reasonable care to avoid capturing unnecessary personal information, such as credit card details, faces of third parties, or any other sensitive data not required for the App's functionality.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction of the App's operator.
