STOX Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the STOX application ("App") and the services provided through it. By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the App.

2. User Responsibility and Privacy

When using the App's camera functions to photograph receipts, refrigerators, or other items, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you do not infringe upon the privacy of others. You must take reasonable care to avoid capturing unnecessary personal information, such as credit card details, faces of third parties, or any other sensitive data not required for the App's functionality.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or ordinances.
• Engaging in fraudulent or criminal activities.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the App or its underlying infrastructure.
• Capturing or transmitting personal information or images of others without their explicit consent.
• Any other conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to the App or its users.

4. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice for reasons including but not limited to:

• Routine maintenance, updates, or system repairs.
• Force majeure events such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or other natural disasters.
• Any other situation where we determine that providing the service is no longer feasible or safe.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

6. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use the App after any changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction of the App's operator.
